Hal Lanfear recently stepped into the role of Vice President of Sales at Spencer Thomas Group, effective October 2023. Reporting directly to the company’s leadership, Hal is responsible for driving sales and formulating strategies for key partnerships. His extensive experience and visionary leadership make him an invaluable asset to the company.
Previously, Hal excelled as an executive at ADP Compliance Solutions, leading the partner success team. His impressive track record includes driving consistent year-over-year revenue growth by closely collaborating with major ERPs like Workday, SAP, Infor, and Oracle and their system integrator ecosystems. Before this, he was a pivotal part of ADP’s Global Enterprise Solutions as GlobalView Area Product Leader, focusing on sales strategies for GlobalView payroll opportunities. Hal’s achievements include several President’s Clubs awards during his tenure at ADP.
Before joining ADP, Hal made significant contributions as a global HCM executive at Delphi Automotive (now Aptiv). His unique perspective from a large multinational corporation significantly enriched his professional portfolio. At Delphi, he led global payroll and HR transformations and played a crucial role in the procurement and implementation of Workday as Delphi’s global HR solution.
