Shirley Jones is the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Spencer Thomas Group. With an extensive  background in human capital and talent solutions, consulting, and technology services, Shirley’s role is to lead and expand STG’s Enterprise Solutions group. Working directly with sales and recruiting, her mission is to deepen and expand long-term client relationships, allowing them to leverage STG’s comprehensive expertise and suite of solutions.

Shirley’s professional career spans over 35 years and is marked by executive leadership roles in several different environments, including startups, private companies, and global public corporations. She is known for driving significant revenue growth and operational efficiency. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, enterprise customer engagement, operational development, business development, account management, and project management. Shirley excels in creating and implementing innovative solutions for clients, developing integrated talent models, and leading organizations through change.

Before joining STG, Shirley was instrumental in building one of the most profitable and fast-growing enterprise client divisions at the world’s largest global talent solutions organization. Her efforts expanded the company’s global footprint and diversified its service offerings, including recruitment process outsourcing and project management.

Shirley holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and has participated in executive education programs at INSEAD and TIAS. She is a global mentor, guiding emerging executives and leaders, and volunteers with the American Cancer Society and American Red Cross.

Residing between Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and North Carolina, Shirley enjoys skiing, golf, pickleball, and traveling. She is a mother to two adult children, Christina, who lives in Salt Lake City, and Kyle, who, along with his fiancée, resides in Greenville, South Carolina.
